Job Description:

A forward-thinking Property & Construction Consultancy is on the hunt for a driven Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their growing London team. With a buzzing office of 80+ staff, a high-performing graduate pool, and top-tier projects across Residential and Hotel sectors (£40m-£150m), this is a prime opportunity to step into a key leadership role.

Job Responsibility:

Take the lead on major schemes in both a Quantity Surveying and Employer’s Agent capacity
Guide junior talent while being supported by experienced Directors

Requirements:

Previous Quantity Surveying Experience within UK Consultancies
A successful track record delivering projects from inception to completion
A RICS Accredited Degree Qualification
Excellent pre and post contract experience
MRICS ideally or working towards
