Job Description:

We are currently looking for an Associate Sales Manager for one of the top players in the medical device industry, with a legacy of more than 32 years in Malaysia. This position requires your urgent attention.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and grow market share in the intervention range
Manage and lead the sales team/distributors to ensure they meet their targets and perform at a high level
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and opinion leaders to promote the company’s products and solutions.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or a related field
At least 5 years of sales experience in the intervention range (stents, balloons, catheters, etc)
Able to travel to other countries
Experience in handling distributors is an added advantage.

Nice to have:

Experience in handling distributors.
