Job Description:

We are seeking an Associate to join the firm's Insurance Coverage team. The successful candidate will play a key role in analyzing complex insurance policies, providing strategic coverage advice, and contributing to high-stakes litigation.

Job Responsibility:

Analyze insurance policies and draft comprehensive coverage opinions
Provide strategic coverage advice to clients
Conduct thorough legal research and draft detailed memoranda
Prepare and review pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery materials, and other legal correspondence
Engage in formal communications with opposing counsel and other parties
Represent clients at depositions, hearings, and mediations as needed

Requirements:

Have strong academic credentials (JD 2020, 2021, or 2022)
Be admitted to practice in New Jersey (additional admissions are a plus)
Possess experience or a keen interest in complex insurance coverage matters
Demonstrate excellent legal research, writing, and verbal communication skills
Exhibit exceptional attention to detail, organization, and time management
