Job Description:

We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Associate to join our team based in Merion Station, Pennsylvania. This role falls within the legal sector where you will be involved in the general law department dealing with various litigation matters.

Job Responsibility:

Handle a diverse range of litigation matters which will provide broad experience in both State and Federal Courts
Be involved in breach of contract matters and insurance coverage disputes
Address commercial lease issues and real estate tax assessment appeals
Take care of general collection matters and other areas of practice
Work under the guidance of the senior general law litigation partner
Develop and maintain strong written and research skills
Use Accounting Software Systems and ADP - Financial Services as part of your daily responsibilities
Utilize CRM, Crystal Reports, and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning in the processing and management of cases
Carry out Accounting Functions and Auditing tasks related to the role
Administer claims and ensure effective communication with all relevant parties

Requirements:

Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience as an Associate
Proficiency in using Accounting Software Systems is required
Knowledge and experience with ADP - Financial Services is essential
Familiarity with CRM systems is expected
Must be adept at using Crystal Reports
Experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is crucial
Proficiency with About Time software is necessary
Must have a strong understanding of Accounting Functions
Experience in Auditing is a must
Should have experience in Claim Administration
Excellent Communication skills are necessary
