Job Description:

Contact appropriate individual or department to resolve guest calls, requests, or problems; Use sales techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty; Determine and give complementaries to guests; Promote awareness of brand image; Process requests for Marriott Rewards points; Process reservation requests, changes, and cancellations; Enter Marriott Rewards information when taking guest reservations; Assist management in training and motivating employees; Follow company policies; Welcome and acknowledge guests; Speak professionally; Develop positive working relationships; Monitor performance of others; Perform other reasonable job duties

Job Responsibility:

Resolve guest calls, requests, or problems
Use sales techniques that maximize revenue
Determine and give complimentaries to guests
Promote awareness of brand image
Process requests for redeeming Marriott Rewards points
Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations
Assist management in training and motivating employees
Serve as a role model
Follow all company policies and procedures
Welcome and acknowledge all guests
Speak with others using clear and professional language
Develop and maintain positive working relationships
Monitor the performance of others
Read and visually verify information
Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 2 years of related work experience
No supervisory experience
