Job Description:

JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai is seeking a talented At Your Service Agent to join their team. The role involves exceptional customer service, detailed documentation, system proficiency, and reservation management. Job Responsibility:

Respond to guest calls with courtesy and efficiency
Dispatch appropriate personnel to fulfill guest requests
Maintain a comprehensive log of guest requests
Handle wake-up calls
Manage Open Table reservations
Coordinate reservations for special events

Requirements:

Exceptional customer service
Proficiency in OPERA, GXP, AVAYA, Open Table, and related operating systems
Proactive approach
Detailed documentation
Reservation management and coordination
