Job Description:

The Food & Beverage Attendant at The Westin Yantai is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and presentation of work areas, following safety procedures, and providing excellent guest service. The role requires physical tasks such as lifting and carrying objects, and the ideal candidate is passionate, active, and optimistic.

Job Responsibility:

Complete closing duties
Set up, stock, and maintain work areas
Inspect cleanliness and presentation of china, glass, and silver
Maintain cleanliness of work areas
Follow company and safety policies
Report accidents and unsafe conditions
Ensure uniform and personal appearance are professional
Welcome and acknowledge guests
Develop positive working relationships
Support team goals
Ensure adherence to quality standards
Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting, and carrying objects

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
