Job Description:

The role involves ensuring the 'Gold Standards' of The Ritz-Carlton are delivered graciously and thoughtfully every day. The position requires maintaining cleanliness, following safety procedures, and providing exceptional guest service.

Job Responsibility:

Complete opening and closing duties
Set up, stock, and maintain work areas
Maintain cleanliness and condition of work areas
Follow company and safety policies
Welcome and acknowledge guests
Develop positive working relationships
Ensure adherence to quality standards
Perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving objects

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
