The successful candidate will be involved in representing clients in employment and business litigation matters, managing all phases of litigation, and conducting depositions, hearings, and trials as needed. This role operates within the legal industry, with a focus on employment law.
Job Responsibility:
Represent clients in business and employment litigation issues
Oversee all stages of litigation, including devising case strategy, overseeing discovery, and managing motion practice
Prepare and review legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs
Conduct necessary depositions, hearings, and trials
Utilize Case Management Software to ensure efficient handling of cases
Leverage Adobe Acrobat for document management and briefing purposes
Apply knowledge of Employment Law to handle claim administration and complaint handling
Use 3M and Conveyancer skills for efficient case handling
Engage in the process of civil litigation and manage consumer electronics related cases
Requirements:
Must possess a valid license to practice law
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Attorney/Lawyer
Proficient in using 3M
Skilled in using Adobe Acrobat for document handling
Experience with Case Management Software
Knowledge of Conveyancer software
Demonstrated ability in Document Management
Proven experience in Briefing and Civil Litigation
