The selected candidate will be responsible for handling various legal tasks, including case management, document management, and handling civil litigation.
Job Responsibility:
Manage and organize legal documents using Adobe Acrobat and other relevant software
Use 3M and other case management software to efficiently track and handle legal cases
Act as a Conveyancer, overseeing the legal aspects of property transfers
Prepare and review briefings, ensuring they are well-structured and accurate
Handle civil litigation cases, ensuring all legal procedures are followed
Administer claims, ensuring they are processed and resolved in a timely manner
Handle complaints, ensuring they are addressed appropriately and resolved efficiently
Have a working knowledge of consumer electronics, as it may be relevant in certain cases
Handle medical malpractice cases, ensuring all legal procedures are followed and the rights of the client are protected
Requirements:
Demonstrated experience in Detail Oriented Services as an Attorney or Lawyer
Proficiency in the use of 3M and Adobe Acrobat
Familiarity with Case Management Software and Conveyancer
Demonstrated expertise in Document Management
Exceptional skills in Briefing and Civil Litigation
Experience in Claim Administration and Complaint Handling
Knowledge of Consumer Electronics industry is a plus
Experience in handling Medical Malpractice cases
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Must be licensed to practice law in the respective state
Nice to have:
