Job Description:

This role primarily revolves around the legal industry, specifically in the Trusts & Estates Department, where you will be involved in estate planning, tax return preparation, probate matters, and trust administration.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee the preparation and execution of estate planning documents
Manage case files using case management software
Coordinate with clients to resolve their inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
Maintain detailed records of all legal proceedings and client interactions
Handle the preparation and filing of gift and estate tax returns
Administer trusts and manage probate matters effectively
Use briefing skills to present complex legal matters in a clear manner
Maintain a high degree of expertise in estate law and planning
Use Document Management skills to keep all legal documents organized
Ensure compliance with all legal regulations and keep updated with changes in estate law

Requirements:

Must hold a professional degree in Law (JD, LLB, or equivalent)
Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing law
Proficiency in Case Management Software and Document Management
Proven skills in Briefing, Civil Litigation, and Complaint Handling
Must be a Licensed Attorney
Experience in Estate Law, Estate Planning, Estate Tax, Trusts, and Estates
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines
High level of professional ethics and integrity
Willingness to keep up with changes in the law and adapt to new situations and challenges
