Robert Half is working with an established law firm in Los Angeles seeking a newly barred attorney to join its growing team. The role involves handling hearings, depositions, discovery, law and motion, court appearances, and client communication. Job Responsibility:

Handling bodies for hearings and depositions
Discovery, including depositions
Law and motion, including research and writing
Court appearances
Pleadings, including drafting complaints
Communicating with clients and opposing counsel

Requirements:

Must be able to speak Spanish
Must be licensed by the CA bar
Newly barred attorneys are encouraged to apply
