Job Description:

The successful candidate will have 2+ years of litigation experience (ideally in consumer protection or other complex litigation) and will be responsible for litigating securities, antitrust, and consumer protection cases for inception to resolution. Must be an excellent writer with an entrepreneurial spirit.

Requirements:

Applicant must possess a minimum of 2 years of experience as an Attorney or Lawyer
Proficiency in Civil Litigation is required
Experience in Consumer Protection law is necessary
Must be a Licensed Attorney in the respective state or country
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple cases with varying degrees of complexity
Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are required
Must have a keen attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Demonstrated ethical responsibility and adherence to legal codes of conduct
