Job Description:

As an Attorney/Lawyer, you will handle personal injury cases, primarily focusing on motor vehicle accidents and slip and fall incidents. Your role will include managing cases from intake to trial, conducting legal research, and communicating with clients and insurance companies to progress cases.

Job Responsibility:

conduct comprehensive legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs
communicate regularly with clients, insurance companies, and opposing counsel to expedite case progression
oversee all aspects of personal injury cases, from intake and discovery to settlement negotiations and trial preparation
handle a case load primarily focused on motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall incidents, with occasional medical claims
provide clients with strategic legal advice, managing case strategy, and analyzing case evidence
report to the overseeing partner, who is responsible for managing personal injury cases

Requirements:

minimum of 7 years of experience in the legal field
familiarity with Adobe Acrobat
experience with Case Management Software
strong Document Management skills
ability to effectively brief teams and clients
experience in Civil Litigation
proficiency in Claim Administration
skilled in Complaint Handling
knowledge of Consumer Electronics is beneficial
