Job Description:

A growing national law firm has an exciting opportunity for an Attorney in Sacramento or the Bay Area. The Attorney/Lawyer will be instrumental in managing first-party insurance disputes and maintaining strong client relationships.

Job Responsibility:

Drafting coverage opinions and managing litigation in insurance coverage and bad faith cases
Managing cases comprehensively, including drafting motions and handling discovery requests
Conducting depositions and participating in court proceedings
Researching and presenting cases effectively
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with the firm's existing client base
Participating in site inspections when required
Working with property insurance and insurance defense litigation
Potentially traveling for work-related matters

Requirements:

Applicant must hold a law degree from an accredited law school
Must have a valid license to practice law in the state
Experience in Property Insurance is necessary
Familiarity with Site Inspections is required
Proficiency in Motion Practice is a must
Should have knowledge about Insurance Coverage
Experience in Insurance Defense Litigation is essential
Strong litigation skills are necessary
Excellent oral and written communication skills are required
Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Should have strong research and analytical skills
Must maintain confidentiality and adhere to high ethical standards
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines is required
