Job Description:

We are offering an engaging opportunity for an Attorney/Lawyer in the services industry, located in Bradenton, Florida. This role will primarily focus on estate planning, providing essential support to our experienced teams. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of tasks including family estate planning, business succession plans, entity creation, and shareholder agreements.

Job Responsibility:

Assisting in the development and execution of family estate planning and business succession strategies
Drafting and reviewing operating and shareholder agreements
Providing business counseling to clients
Engaging in the creation of legal entities for business purposes
Handling consumer electronics claim administration and complaint resolution
Utilizing case management software and Adobe Acrobat for efficient document management
Applying knowledge of estate law in daily tasks
Using 3M and Conveyancer software to manage cases effectively
Drafting briefing notes and other legal documents
Undertaking civil litigation tasks as required
Ensuring all work is in line with the regulations of The Florida Bar.

Requirements:

Applicants must have a minimum of 1 year of experience as an Attorney/Lawyer in a detail-oriented setting
Proficiency in the use of 3M and Adobe Acrobat is required
Candidates should have experience in using Case Management Software for handling legal cases
Knowledge and use of Conveyancer software is a significant requirement for this role
Familiarity with Document Management systems and processes is essential
The ability to effectively brief teams and clients on case details and legal matters is a must
Candidates should have experience in Civil Litigation and Claim Administration
Proficiency in handling complaints and dispute resolution is a critical requirement
Knowledge of Consumer Electronics industry is a plus
Experience in Estate Planning and Estate Law is necessary for this position.
