Job Responsibility:

Supporting attorneys and staff within the practice groups department
Legal research and drafting of a wide range of legal documents
Analyze and summarize legal documents
Correspond with clients and opposing counsel

Requirements:

Licensed attorney
Be detailed, flexible, and organized
Complex Commercial Litigation experience
Strong familiarity with Arguing Motions
Knowledge of Civil Litigation Experience
Depositions experience
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure environment, to prioritize client matters and adapt to quick changes while remaining diligent through each task performed
Must possess analytical, legal research and writing skills
First-rate academic credentials and references

Nice to have:
