Job Description:

An exciting law firm handling high-exposure sex abuse cases and defense of high-value PI, employment law, and ADA matters. Opportunities to develop skills, attend court of appeal cases, and work on a huge variety of matters, including entertainment, copyright, and intellectual property law.

Job Responsibility:

Reporting to lead attorneys on cases
defense work representing large public entities
document review, drafting discovery responses
motion drafting, legal research, memo drafting
court appearances, depositions, and trial attendance and participation
entertainment, copyright, intellectual property work opportunities

Requirements:

Must be barred for 3+ years in CA

Nice to have:

Employment law background
lots of 1987 litigation experience
