Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Legal research and drafting of a wide range of legal documents
Analyze and summarize legal documents
Supporting attorneys and staff within the practice groups department
Correspond with clients and the counsel for the opposing side

Requirements:

Must possess analytical, legal research and writing skills
Above-average academic credentials and references
High attention to detail
Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills
Well-founded grasp of judicial council forms
Dissolutions experience preferred
Proven knowledge of Draft Legal Documents
Dissolutions experience
Comprehensive knowledge of Family Law Firm
Command of family law
General familiarity with case management
Legal research experience highly desired
Licensed attorney
Demeanor to thrive in a high-paced environment, requiring exceptional organizational skills, juggling priorities, and adhering to strict deadlines
