Job Description:

The role involves working on a range of litigation cases, providing high-quality legal services, and collaborating with a team of committed professionals.

Job Responsibility:

Conduct thorough legal research and draft pleadings, preparing motions and memoranda for various civil and commercial litigation matters
Represent clients throughout different stages of litigation, including court proceedings, mediations, depositions, and arbitrations
Develop and execute case strategies to achieve results that align with client interests and expectations
Perform comprehensive legal analysis and risk assessments throughout the litigation process
Communicate regularly with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams to provide updates and legal advice
Participate in settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution proceedings when necessary
Supervise and work closely with entry level attorneys, paralegals, and support staff
Stay abreast of changes in litigation laws, case precedents, and procedural rules
Handle complaints and manage documents in an organized manner, utilizing skills in eDiscovery tools, eFiling systems, and case management platforms
Attend trials and demonstrate exceptional written and oral communication skills, particularly in legal writing.

Requirements:

Candidate must hold a valid license to practice law
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an attorney or lawyer
Proficiency in document management is essential
Experience in briefing and civil litigation is required
Skill in handling complaints effectively is mandatory
Previous experience in attending trials is necessary
Superior legal writing skills is a must
Extensive litigation experience is required
Experience in litigation practice is essential.
