Job Description:

Our client is an Ohio personal injury law firm seeking an Attorney to meet potential personal injury clients, provide legal advice, and sign clients. This position requires a lot of travel, a lot of flexibility, and the ability to give legal advice.

Job Responsibility:

Drive to meet potential Personal Injury clients
Provide legal advice and sign clients
Meeting with people in their homes and in local offices
Keep up to date with changes in the law
Attend hearings, depositions, and trials when required
Work closely with support staff and other attorneys in the firm
Collaborate with marketing department to develop and implement marketing strategies

Requirements:

Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
Active Ohio bar license or pending bar license in Ohio
Experience in Personal Injury law preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
Ability to travel frequently
Ability to work flexible hours, as needed
Possess a valid driver's license
