Job Description:

This role involves applying audit foundational knowledge, participating in audit planning, preparing audit workpapers, and acting as the main client contact for general questions and information. Senior Associates may supervise and review work, provide performance feedback, and serve as mentors for team members.

Job Responsibility:

Utilizing research skills
Applying audit foundational knowledge to understand potential audit issues
Gathering client information necessary for filing
Participating in audit planning
Recognizing and communicating potential risks
Preparing audit workpapers
Working with audit software applications to complete audit
Acting as the main client contact for general questions and information
Supervising and reviewing the work of Audit Associates (for Seniors)
Providing verbal and written performance feedback to associates and interns (for Seniors)
Acting as a mentor and leader (for Seniors)

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, or other related field, required
Master’s degree in Accounting, or other related field, preferred
Two (2) or more years of experience in audit preparation
CPA, preferred but not required

Nice to have:
