Job Description:

We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Audit Manager to join our firm in Overland Park, Missouri. In this role, you will be leading and supporting government audits for various public entities, utilizing your expertise in audit technology and team collaboration.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee and lead audits for municipalities, counties, cities, and other government entities
Utilize proficiency in AdvanceFlow Thomson Reuters and Prepared By Client (PBC) workpapers
Collaborate with other audit detail oriented individuals
Maintain compliance with regulatory, accounting, and auditing standards
Build and maintain strong client relationships

Requirements:

Proven experience in managing audit engagements
Proficiency in auditing with a keen attention to detail
Ability to develop and execute comprehensive audit plans
Familiarity with Audit Program
Strong understanding of 'Prepared By Client' (PBC) lists
Experience in handling Audit PBC lists
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
