Job Description:

This role is vital to ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial information for our diverse portfolio of clients in various industries. You will be working with a team of experienced professionals, conducting audits, reviews, and compilations.

Job Responsibility:

Conduct audits, reviews, and compilations for a diverse range of clients in various industries
ensure the accuracy and integrity of client financial information
maintain direct contact with commercial, not-for-profit and employee benefit plan/ESOP clients
develop and hone your technical skills in various disciplines, including audit, tax, and advisory services
manage client engagements and delegate work to staff as appropriate
play a key role in training and supervising staff
contribute to the growth and success of the team by providing exceptional client service
utilize your public accounting and audit skills to contribute to firm-sponsored charitable outreach initiatives
leverage your knowledge of client businesses to effectively manage and monitor customer accounts

Requirements:

Minimum of three years experience in a similar role
proven experience in Public Accounting
demonstrable knowledge and experience in Public Accounting Audit
familiarity with Employee Benefit Plan
experience in Audit and Audit - Financial
involvement in Annual External Audit
exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
ability to work independently and as part of a team
strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
excellent organizational and time-management skills
proficient in MS Office and accounting software
bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field is preferred
valid certification (e.g., CPA or EA) is a MUST
