Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

  • Intervene rapidly in the event of breakdowns (PLC diagnostics, drives, etc.)
  • Troubleshoot and maintain supervision systems
  • Support production/maintenance technicians
  • Validate machines to ensure production quality
  • Monitoring of production systems and processes
  • Ensure continuous process improvement
  • Manage/participate in the follow-up and implementation of new projects
  • Help prepare and monitor the investment plan
  • Technically approve modifications to departments' critical systems
  • Study, think and innovate to improve process efficiency
  • Lead the implementation of the department's various projects
  • Provide technical support to production, maintenance and other departments
  • Participate in the on-call role of the Automation team
  • Monitor the evolution of new technologies
  • Maintenance of PLC + SCADA + Vision programs
  • Contacts with suppliers
  • Staff training
  • Participate in and monitor OPAs – DA - TAC
  • Compliance with GMP rules
  • Compliance with validation and change control rules

Requirements:

  • Industrial Engineer or Bachelor in automation/industrial computing
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar role
  • Comfortable in French and good level in English
  • Mastery of Office Suite
  • Good knowledge of programming Siemens S7 and Allen Bradley industrial automation systems
  • Good technical knowledge in pneumatics, hydraulics, electricity, and mechanics
  • Team spirit
