Job Description:

We’re looking for an Automotive Repossession Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and has a strong understanding of the repossession process. This position involves coordinating between vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure the smooth and compliant execution of automobile repossessions. The role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with the legal frameworks governing repossession across various provinces.

Job Responsibility:

Manage repossession accounts, ensuring company standards and timelines are met
Coordinate with vendors (bailiffs, transporters, lawyers) to ensure smooth repossession logistics
Draft and manage legal documents, ensuring compliance with provincial repossession laws
Evaluate repossessed assets (cars, trucks, boats, etc.) using market resources (e.g., Black Book, NADA)
Handle customer interactions with professionalism, including collections and high-volume communications

Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in automobile repossession, auto finance, or related fields
Strong knowledge of repossession laws and asset evaluation tools
Experience in vendor management and working with third-party vendors
Proficient in skip tracing, legal documentation, and using auction platforms
Ability to handle high-volume customer communications with professionalism
