Job Description:

Leading engineering teams to deliver innovative sales and marketing technological solutions using platforms like Adobe or Salesforce; Creating and executing technology strategies for enhanced healthcare delivery; Collaborating in a fast-paced and highly dynamic environment.

Job Responsibility:

Leading the engineering team to create an evergreen innovative technology strategy
Delivering on the strategy for annual enrollment periods and throughout the year

Requirements:

15+ years of experience
Leading engineering teams to deliver Sales and/or marketing platforms – Adobe or Salesforce is a strong plus
Across a variety of vended as well as custom built tools
Working with Agile and ideally Scrum
Detail oriented, manages risk and deliverable timelines
Clear and compelling in written and spoken communication, including explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage simultaneously competing priorities
Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification
MBA Preferred
