Job Description:

This role will be responsible for underwriting commercial lines product including Property, EC , Motor and SME packages

Job Responsibility:

Conduct regular statistical portfolio reviews and analyses by product class and distribution
Collaborate closely with the Regional Actuarial Team to produce regular performance reports, particularly for Employee Compensation (EC) and Motor products
Work with underwriting and business teams to provide technical support for regular production underwriting operations across various main classes or products (including Property, EC, Motor, and SME packages), facilitating effective marketing and underwriting strategies at the company level
Identify and report adverse trends, provide constructive feedback, and recommend corrective actions to senior management and business teams for sustainable, profitable growth
Assist the Senior Vice President (SVP) in ensuring smooth administration of underwriting and operational matters at the team level

Requirements:

Degree holder or above
At least 10 years of experience in underwriting
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
