The AYS Assistant Manager will primarily focus on managing schedules and training within the AYS department. However, the role will also involve assuming the responsibilities of a Manager on Duty. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for check-ins and check-outs, handling VIP guests, managing group bookings, and addressing guest complaints.
Job Responsibility:
Manage the scheduling and training for the AYS team
Act as Manager on Duty for the Front Office, ensuring smooth operations throughout the day
Oversee check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a seamless guest experience
Handle VIP guests and ensure their needs are met
Manage group bookings and ensure they are properly coordinated
Address and resolve guest complaints efficiently and professionally
Be available to work shifts across all times of the day, including day, afternoon, and night shifts, seven days a week
