Job Description:

W Amsterdam is casting a B&F Trainee to join the B&F Team, responsible for the W Lounge, In Room Dining, and Banqueting. The role involves ensuring guests are wowed throughout their stay, with responsibilities ranging from daily operations to creating memorable experiences. The position requires flexibility, teamwork, and a passion for hospitality.

Job Responsibility:

Report directly to the B&F Supervisors
Responsible for the daily operations at our W Lounge, In Room dining and Banqueting venues
Being in the know: You are the expert when it comes to B&F
Welcoming and helping guests in all of our venues
Showing guests our Whatever/Whenever service
Making sure everything sparkles
You will be on rotating shifts
Ensuring you are well prepared for the shift ahead of you
You will be working in a fast paced environment, under pressure, with loud music
We are ALL-IN, and have more teams that we cooperate with
Communicating with your team and other departments is key
Make sure you put the guests at the center of everything we do

Requirements:

Minimum length of internship 10 weeks
You must be a student of a hospitality related educational program
You speak English
The hotel does not offer accommodation
