Job Description:

We are seeking a B2B Collections Specialist to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturing industry, based in Riverview, Florida. As a Collections Specialist, your primary focus will be to manage the collections process, maintain customer records, and handle high volumes of invoices. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.

Job Responsibility:

Manage a large portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring all collections processes are followed
Handle high volume collections, maintaining accuracy and efficiency
Proactively reach out to clients who are 0-120 days past due via calls and emails
Administer billing functions and handle inbound calls as required
Perform claim administration and accounts receivable tasks
Ensure accuracy and completeness of all customer credit records
Maintain a flexible work schedule between 7:30-5, with variations in lunch timings

Requirements:

B2B collections experience required
Expertise in Accounts Receivable (AR) is required
Ability to handle Answering Inbound Calls is crucial
Experience in Billing Functions is necessary
Familiarity with Claim Administration is required
Knowledge of Collection Processes is vital
