Job Description:

At our home, you’ll be a key person responsible in helping us achieve an excellent standard of care to our residents - You’ll be an integral part of our care team to promote the values and ethos of our home.

Job Responsibility:

Assist residents with their daily routines
follow and support each resident’s personalized care plan
keep a close eye on residents’ health
uphold the dignity and respect of each resident
encourage social interactions
maintain clean, safe, and comfortable living spaces
assist residents with eating and drinking
bring joy to residents’ lives

Requirements:

SVQ/NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is preferred
ideally you have at least 6 months of experience as a Care Assistant
passion for caring for the elderly
committed to delivering excellent service
integrity
respect
strong sense of teamwork

Nice to have:

Qualifications in SVQ/NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care
6 months of experience as a Care Assistant
