Requirements:

Registered General or Mental Health Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC Nursing PIN

Ability to connect with people—residents, families, and colleagues alike—bringing warmth, understanding, and a calm, patient demeaner
Strong communication skills with clarity, empathy, and respect
