We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Bank Teller in Manhattan Beach, California. This role functions within the banking industry, where you'll contribute to our team by handling customer service operations and data entry tasks.

Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Accurately process inbound calls and handle all related tasks
  • Manage data entry tasks efficiently, ensuring accuracy in all records
  • Operate within a call center environment, providing reliable customer service
  • Organize and schedule appointments as per customer requests
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, maintaining detail oriented and efficiency
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for data handling and correspondence
  • Ensure accurate and timely entry of customer orders
  • Maintain clear and detail oriented email correspondence with customers

  • Demonstrated experience in call center customer service
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle customer queries efficiently
  • Proficient in data entry with high level of accuracy
  • Ability to manage email correspondence effectively and with attention to detail
  • Experience with both inbound and outbound calls in a business setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting
  • Skilled in using Microsoft Word for document creation and editing
  • Experience in order entry, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date
  • Ability to schedule appointments, managing multiple calendars if necessary
