Job Description:

My client are leading multinational law firm, who are looking to add a banking & finance lawyer to their busy team in London. They are ideally looking for a candidate at the 4-8 PQE mark with experience working for a city, national or international law firm. Candidates outside this PQE range are encouraged to apply too.

Job Responsibility:

advise on a broad range of transactions including general corporate lending, leveraged, acquisition and real estate finance
working on lender and borrower mandates on behalf of international banks, investment funds, alternative lenders and corporate borrowers
involvement with both domestic and international transactions

Requirements:

4-8 PQE mark with experience working for a city, national or international law firm
strong drafting skills
passion for business development
ability to manage client relationships
