Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Analyze complex legal and factual issues, conduct comprehensive legal research, and develop effective defense strategies
Prepare pleadings, discovery documents, motions, briefs, and other legal filings
Conduct depositions, including expert and fact witness examinations
Provide clear and timely legal counsel to clients and claims professionals
Represent clients in trials, hearings, arbitrations, and other dispute resolution proceedings
Communicate effectively with courts, witnesses, opposing counsel, and internal teams

Requirements:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and active Delaware bar admission (admissions in other states will be considered)
Minimum of 1 year of experience in Bankruptcy or experience in Delaware courts
Litigation experience, including depositions, discovery, motions practice, and oral argument
Strong legal research and writing abilities
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Demonstrated commitment to professional growth and client service
