Job Description:

Prominent National Bankruptcy and Restructuring consulting firm located in Woodland Hills is seeking a long-term Bankruptcy Case Manager/Paralegal to assist in a variety of matters.

Job Responsibility:

Assist in a variety of matters related to bankruptcy and restructuring

Requirements:

10+ years' of substantive experience in Chapter 11 proceedings
Experience counseling and advising clients on bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings
Experience taking cases from inception through resolution
Proficiency in Bankruptcy - Chapter 11
Sound knowledge of general Bankruptcy procedures and practices
Experience in handling Bankruptcy Filings
Comprehensive understanding of Bankruptcy Law
Familiarity with Chapter 7 Bankruptcy procedures
