Job Description:

The role ensures smooth operations in hotel functions, supports clients, guests, and internal departments, and aligns professional behaviors with Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards in an onsite, luxury hospitality environment.

Job Responsibility:

Provide administrative support using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software
serve as the point of contact for clients and vendors
act as the liaison between Sales Office and clients throughout the event process
ensure smooth operations throughout the hotel
perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.
