Job Description:

The Banquet House Attendant is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in banquet areas, assisting with setup and breakdown of events, and ensuring guest satisfaction. The role involves physical tasks such as lifting and moving objects, as well as adhering to safety and company standards.

Job Responsibility:

Complete final breakdown of function
Clean the room and return equipment to its proper location
Complete closing duties
Set up, stock, and maintain work areas
Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned station and service areas
Transport dirty linen
Assist other departments when needed
Follow all company and safety policies
Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
Welcome and acknowledge all guests
Support team to reach common goals
Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period
Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
