Job Description:

The Banquet Houseperson role involves creating memorable and unique atmospheres for events by setting up tables, chairs, and other materials, transporting supplies, and ensuring events run smoothly. The position requires physical activity, including moving, lifting, and carrying objects, and adherence to The Ritz-Carlton's Gold Standards.

Job Responsibility:

Setting up and breaking down materials
Transporting supplies
Stocking bars and action stations
Ensuring events run flawlessly
Delivering the Gold Standards of The Ritz-Carlton

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
Less than 1 year related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance and objects weighing in excess of 75 pounds with assistance
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended time
