Job Description:

The Ritz-Carlton, Vienna is looking for a Banquet Server Agent to ensure smooth and guest-oriented service during events. The role involves direct customer interaction, coordination with other departments, and delivering the 'Gold Standards' of The Ritz-Carlton.

Job Responsibility:

direct contact person for customers and guests before and during events
ensure smooth and guest-oriented service process
coordinate cooperation with involved departments

Requirements:

completed vocational training
professional experience in the field of banquet
independent and self-responsible way of working
organizational and planning skills
resilience
creativity and flexibility
very good knowledge of German and English
additional foreign languages are advantageous
