Job Description:

The Banquets Aide Casual position at Wailea Beach Resort - Marriott Maui involves maintaining cleanliness and organization in banquet areas, assisting other departments, and ensuring guest satisfaction. The role requires physical stamina and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering exceptional service in a luxury hospitality environment.

Job Responsibility:

Complete final breakdown of function by cleaning the room and returning equipment
Set up, stock, and maintain work areas
Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned station and service areas
Transport dirty linen to correct area to be cleaned
Assist other departments when needed
Follow all company and safety policies
Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
Welcome and acknowledge all guests
Support team to reach common goals
Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period
Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
