Job Description:

The Banquets Aide is responsible for completing the final breakdown of functions, cleaning rooms, and maintaining work areas. They must follow safety and security policies, ensure cleanliness, and assist other departments as needed. The role requires physical stamina and the ability to perform various tasks to ensure guest satisfaction.

Job Responsibility:

Complete final breakdown of function
Clean the room and return equipment
Complete closing duties
Set up, stock, and maintain work areas
Monitor and maintain cleanliness
Transport dirty linen
Assist other departments
Follow safety and security policies
Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean
Welcome and acknowledge guests
Support team to reach common goals
Ensure adherence to quality expectations
Read and visually verify information
Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects
Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects
Move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces
Reach overhead and below the knees
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
