Job Description:

The Banquets Housemen role involves maintaining cleanliness and organization in banquet areas, assisting with event setups, and ensuring guest satisfaction. The position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and adherence to safety and company standards.

Job Responsibility:

Complete final breakdown of function
Clean and return equipment to its proper location
Complete closing duties
Set up, stock, and maintain work areas
Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned station and service areas
Transport dirty linen
Assist other departments when needed
Follow company and safety policies
Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
Welcome and acknowledge guests
Support team to reach common goals
Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
