Job Description:

Use your customer service skills to provide guests with a personalized and memorable experience. Your role will be to ensure that the 'Gold Standards' of The Ritz-Carlton are delivered graciously and thoughtfully every day.

Job Responsibility:

Serve as a departmental role model or mentor by working alongside employees to perform technical or functional job duties
Respond to and try to fulfill any special banquet event arrangements requested by guest
Assign and ensure work tasks are completed on time and that they meet appropriate quality standards
Communicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions, dietary requirements and special requests
Maintain cleanliness and condition of working area
Assist with department training requirements and coach and develop employees

Requirements:

Responsible Service of Alcohol from Nationally Accredited Training provider (RSA)
Nationally Recognised Food Safety Certification for Supervisors
Experience working in Banquets/Events required
Passion for customer service
Unrestricted working rights for Australia
