Job Description:

The Bar Supervisor at The St. Regis Maldives Vommuli Resort is responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction, managing staff, and maintaining operational standards. The role involves inspecting staff grooming, communicating with guests, monitoring dining rooms, completing inventories, and assisting in hiring and training. The position requires a high school diploma, at least 2 years of related work experience, and 2 years of supervisory experience.

Job Responsibility:

Inspect grooming and attire of staff
Communicate with guests and departments
Ensure staff teamwork
Monitor dining rooms
Complete work orders and inventories
Check stock and requisition supplies
Manage assigned bank
Assist in hiring, training, and evaluating employees

Requirements:
