Job Description:

We are recruiting for a dynamic and passionate Bartender to join our speak-easy Bentley Boys themed Luggage Room Bar in our magnificent five-star, luxury hotel. The role involves ensuring guest expectations are met or exceeded, providing hospitable service, preparing and serving drinks, and assisting the Assistant Bar Manager with departmental goals.

Job Responsibility:

Ensure guest expectations are met or exceeded
Provide hospitable service
Prepare and serve drinks
Maintain the Luggage Room bar
Assist the Assistant Bar Manager with departmental goals

Requirements:

Eligible to work in the UK
Experience in bartending or hospitality
Passion for providing excellent service
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills

Nice to have:

Experience in luxury hospitality
Knowledge of craft cocktails
Familiarity with Gordon Ramsay's dining concepts
