Job Responsibility:

Mixing drinks
Building memorable and unique experiences
Staying updated on new trends and micro-local offerings
Hosting the bar space
Taking ownership of guest service
Building relationships with others across the hotel and community
Anticipating and delivering on guests' needs
Ensuring the bar looks and functions flawlessly
Maintaining professionalism in uniform and personal appearance
Creating a safe workplace
Following company policies and procedures
Protecting company assets
Maintaining confidentiality
Standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods
Moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance
Reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
