Job Description:

Are you a professional Bartender willing to work in a new luxurious hotel in Crete? Are you passionate about the art of bartending? Are you expert in preparing and serving drinks? Look no further! We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join one of renowned hotel chains. If bartending is your passion, we encourage you to apply now!

Job Responsibility:

Greet customers warmly and take drink orders promptly
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company recipes and standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning equipment
Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and answering questions about our drink menu
Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a positive and memorable experience for all guests
Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Bartender or similar role
Extensive knowledge of drink recipes and cocktail preparation techniques
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality beverages
Certification from a bartending school or mixology course (will be an asset)
Experience with POS systems and cash handling
Ability to create and innovate new cocktail recipes
