Job Description:

Join the JW Steakhouse team in The Bourbon Bar as a Bartender. You will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages, engaging with customers, maintaining bar cleanliness, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. This role offers opportunities for growth within Marriott International and comes with a range of benefits.

Job Responsibility:

Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages
Ensure consistent drink quality
Recommend drinks based on customer preferences
Experiment with and create new cocktails
Provide friendly, welcoming, and attentive service
Handle guest complaints professionally
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area
Monitor stock levels and communicate shortages
Process transactions accurately
Verify customer identification and ensure responsible alcohol service
Work closely with servers, kitchen staff, and management

Requirements:

Eligibility to live and work in the United Kingdom
Previous Food and Beverage experience is desired
A warm demeanour and service-oriented personality
A team-player attitude
Positive outlook and dependability
